Waterfall in Gostilje
Gostiljski waterfall is one of the most attractive hydrological values of Zlatibor. It is located in the village of Gostilje, 25 km from the center of Zlatibor. On the Gostiljska river, in front of the confluence with the Katušnica river, the water falls from a 22 m high limestone cliff, thus forming a unique waterfall, which is counted among the highest natural waterfalls in Serbia. Downstream from the waterfall, the stream builds a number of smaller waterfalls and cascades all the way to the confluence with the Katušnica river. The water is cold and standing near the waterfall you can feel the effect of a cold shower, which is a real refreshment during hot summer days. The area around the waterfall is completely arranged for tourist visits. Pedestrian paths with benches and a children's playground were built. There is also a football field in the immediate vicinity. For a complete atmosphere, at the beginning of the access road to the waterfall, there is the Gostiljska vrela restaurant, which is decorated in ethnic style, and from both summer terraces you can enjoy the scenery and sounds of nature and the nearby river. On the restaurant's menu, in addition to national specialties, you can also try grilled trout from the nearby rainbow trout pond. For the youngest, there is a mini playground and a mini zoo. The Gostiljski waterfall is a Zlatibor attraction worth visiting and enjoying the unique mountain scenery. Working hours in the winter period are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and in the summer period from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Opening hours: In the summer period, you can visit the waterfall in Gostilje from 09:30 - 19:30 hours, in the spring and autumn months, this location is available from 09:30 - 18:00 hours, while the opening hours in the winter period are a little shorter - from 09:00 to 17:00 hours.
