The log cabin church in Dobroselica is located in the Zlatibor village of the same name. It is 19 km from the tourist center of Zlatibor and 5 km from the center of Vodice (main road Belgrade - South Adriatic).
The oldest remembered log church in Dobroselica and its priests Gavrilo and Božo are mentioned in 1749 in an entry from the printed book of the monastery of the Holy Trinity of Pljeval. Due to the proximity of Turkish houses and their relationship to the Orthodox shrine, the people unfolded their place of worship for the night and moved it over the hill to a new place. When the Turks burned it down in 1806, like many other churches in Old Vlach, a new church was built on the same foundations in 1821.
The church is dedicated to the Holy Prophet Elijah, and on the north side of the church there is a record engraved on the beam that the church was built in 1821. Crkna was built by the village craftsman Mitar Udovicic.
According to the method of construction, individual details, massive and beautifully shaped construction, this building is among the most beautiful log cabin churches. The temple is rectangular in shape with a semicircular log apse, 8 meters long and 5 meters wide, and belongs to the type of smallest places of worship. This church was once covered with shingles, but later tiles were placed over it for better protection.
The door on the west side is carved in wood, and in the church itself there is only an altar partition. Inside the church, there is an iconostasis with valuable icons: the throne icons of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ, painted on a board by Zograf Aleksi Lazović, while the Imperial Doors (1.44 m x 0.66 m) are the work of painter Janko Mihailović Moler and are among his best works.
